Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

Property Access

  • As you approach Valley View Villa, a long driveway offers ample parking, including access to two of the three-car garage spaces.

Policies and Rules

  • Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • City of Scottsdale requires no more than 6 non-related adults per home not including children.
  • Maximum of 99 pets allowed. $100 fee per pet required (see Fees and Payments section for details).
  • All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.

Fees and Payments

  • Optional pool heat is typically requested between Oct-Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home, pool heat is $150/night. 5 days' notice from check-in is required if you wish to add this amenity to your stay.
  • Air Mattress ($50 each - 2 per unit).
  • $100 fee per pet required.

Parking Information

  • Free parking available. The property has a long driveway and access to two of the three garage spaces.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Starter kitchen and bath amenities provided: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls per kitchen, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, 4 coffee filters. Each full bathroom includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can, 2 rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.

  • Pack & Play and Highchair available. Additional baby equipment rental available upon request (subject to availability, not included in reservation).
